ingredients

  • Large mango (approx. 450g), chopped
  • 2tbsp honey
  • 45ml cooled strong black tea
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 45ml chilled soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint leaves

METHOD

  1. Place mango and honey in a food processor and make a puree
  2. Mix puree and cooled tea.
